First of all, one word in your mission statement is misspelled. HEATH is a candy bar that would melt in a fire. So if you want to protect HEALTH you might want to put in that L to save that LIFE.

We stopped by with our 2 grandchildren for a visit recently. Chief Wilmer gave us a nice tour and let the kids get in the fire engine. Everything was nice and well kept. Chief Wilmer gave the kids some goodies before we left including coloring books. The kids have enjoyed them so much. He aslo talked to them about home fire drills and they have done at least one or two everyday since. You people are truly heros for what you do. We live in Vesuvius and are very fortunate to have you as our fire department! God bless all of you.
